🇧🇧🇵🇷 Brooklyn-born Caribbean-American passionate about cultural exchange and inclusive tech. As a psychology enthusiast, I love applying behavioral insights to my design approach—creating technology that respects both cognitive patterns and cultural diversity.
At WashU, I discovered human-centered design after taking Visual Principles of the Screen, which revealed how thoughtful design can create inclusive technology solutions for diverse communities.
Recent experience includes product design @ picoCTF - Carnegie Mellon University, product research @ Figma, and teaching UI design @ the WashU McKelvey School of Engineering.
As a self-proclaimed psychology nerd, I love learning about human behavior and cognitive patterns, weaving these insights into my everyday life.
Beyond academics, I served as president for the WashU Caribbean-American Students Association, creating programming that blends my heritage with creative arts.
My study abroad experience at the University of Cape Town deepened my appreciation for Sub-Saharan African cultures and their diaspora in the Caribbean, Latin America and beyond.
